This door mat is awesome, as well as the customer service!
There was an issue with the post office not being able to leave it due to place to put it (apartment). I reached out to the company and talked to the owner, Alexandria about it being re-routed back to sender. She quickly took matters into her own hands and sent a replacement mat to an alternative address for me so this wouldn't happen again.
Quality of the mat is really good. Soft, but rough and durable enough.
Perfect for my mudroom entrance! Its not a super heavy duty mat, which is wasn't looking for anyways as I wanted in indoors.
